Much of the World Media and many of the Democrats have condemned our nation for taking action against Saddam Hussein. Now even after his execution for crimes against humanity some say that the USA had over stepped their bounds and made a mockery of the International Community. But is that an accurate portrayal of what actually happened$%:
You see, helping a fledgling government, as we are now in Iraq is a noble calling. And over throwing a Dictator who threatens the world with WMD and kills his own people and raised tyrannical sons to take his place who were even worse is not a bad thing. In fact it is quite noble to do that for a nation, especially considering the costs.
After we defeated the Saddam army, we could have left the place in shambles we are not required to do anything more. But we are a great nation, said we would help the new government. They have formed the people have voted and they want Freedom and Democracy, they want liberty and the United States of America is making it so.

Unfortunately, Iran, one of Iraq's neighbors and former enemies has different plans for Iraq than the Iraqi people have and there are many inter-woven alliances and lots of politics, obviously too much to explain here. But all this is part of the dynamics of finishing the job. You watch as the future unfolds; not only will we take care of business, but we will also see a Great New Iraq in the next decade, as they rebuild.
And before anyone says we have no business in Iraq, would you please look at a map$%: You see where it is; Right in the Middle. Ever played the game RISK$%: Now you get it. Democracy in that region maybe the best way in the world to prevent a complete meltdown and WW III scenario in the future and it is very valuable real estate to have partial control in and a say in what goes on.
I believe that History will show, not only was President Bush right on the money, he is probably the only leader who would ever have the balls to get this all done in the present period. We really all owe him a lot and it is too bad no one else sees it. I say to those who condemn this Administration; shame on y'all for your quick judgment and character assassination of this man. Perhaps this article will propel thought in 2007.
